Please make every effort to ensure that all roster information provided is accurate. FAILURE BY TEAM REPRESENTATIVES TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND TIMELY ROSTER INFORMATION AND/OR PROVIDE ROSTERS IN THE FORM PROVIDED BELOW, WILL RESULT IN AN INABILITY OF PLAYERS TO BE IDENTIFIED, EVALUATED, AND SLECTED FOR ALL-GymRat CHALLENGE OR MOST VALUABLE GymRat STATUS.
